Hi! I’m Stephen Heacock, M.S. CCC-SLP and the founder and owner of Purple Mountain Therapy.

I started this practice to close the gap between home health and outpatient care for adults who need speech therapy but struggle to attend in-person appointments. With over 10 years of clinical experience, I specialize in treating communication and cognitive disorders related to Parkinson’s disease, stroke, brain injury, and aging.

I hold certifications in LSVT LOUD (Lee Silverman Voice Treatment) and VitalStim, and I focus on functional, meaningful therapy goals based on each client’s lifestyle—whether that’s returning to teaching or simply expressing daily needs with confidence.
